Homes Atrets, is a jazz dance show in the format of six dancers and an actor where the choreographer VICTOR RODRIGO recovers the format of merging the dramatic theme with the choreographic movement.
The choreographies are focused on social and personal themes where the attraction between men is enhanced with the recitation of a selection of poems by Jaime Gil de Biedma, Shakespeare and Cernuda and even snippets of current events . Music from various origins and styles frame the choreographer’s messages.
A portrait at times tender, at times cruel, of the attractions between men. Reactions and feelings are shown in different frames, intimate or public and in stereotyped and identifiable attitudes. The dance places the context where the movements, attractions, jealousies, hatreds, passions or desires of a varied and at the same time common group of ATTRACTED MEN are triggered.
